Today at work?!!!
Well, I've been loving work. I work at Barnes and Nobles by the way. It is pretty cool and I'm always busy so the time flies by fast. I like the people I work with, they're all really nice and helpful, and the customers have all been pretty cool and interesting. Tonight though, I had a really shitty customer. I was the only cashier, and it was about 10:30, he came up to me and I asked him how he was doing and asked if he found everything okay today. He said I'm doing terrible and slammed his books down on the counter. I start ringing up his books and he complains about how much they cost. Then I ask him if he's a barnes and nobles discount card memmber and he says, "Do I look like I'm one? You should be killed for asking something so stupid, no, you should have to commit suicide." I'm standing there like, What the fuck? And finishing ringing him up. He complains about the final price and then when I start to bag his books he says he wants a different bag. So I show him a few other bags and he asks for a different one, so I grab a gift bag and put them in there for him. Then he asks if I have a better bag and I say no. He left. Who the hell tells someone they should kill themselves for asking a question, especially a question I'm suposed to ask every single customer? That was just weird. Anyways, leave a comment eh?
