There is institution that specializes in running political campaigns. I'm not sure what they do exactly because half their webpage fails to load, but I think it's something like that.

Anyway, as an exercise (or joke?) their members are running mayor campaigns for fictional characters.

Also, she's some horrific pastiche of Barbara and Cassandra! Have you read that bio? I couldn't make sense of it if I tried! @_@

Yeah, looks like the person behind it just googled for it and didn't notice there is more than one Batgirl.

Vote for Superman. Only he has the strength and character that Washington DC needs. http://www.youaresuperman.com

No, I can't in good conscience vote for an anti-giant-robot bigot like Superman. How many giant robots has Superman punched and destroyed in front of the entire city? Some of my best friends are giant robots, and they rights too!

If I were running the campaign, I wouldn't have Hal posing in front of a phallic sculpture for his mayoral poster. Oh who am I kidding, yes I would.

Who would you vote for Cissie? I'm all for the Atom, he's got an excellent candidate page.

I dunno...

Batwoman can't even make a webpage; how can she run a city?

Batgirl is not old enough and she can't keep her biography straight.

Spidey is a pederast and a communist. Also, possibly the second coming of Hitler.

I like Wonder Woman's ideas for gay marriage and she will bring honesty to the office, but the whole pro-tying people up S&M thing is kinda creepy.

Green Lantern... come on, who ever votes for the Green Party?

The Atom sounds awesome, though. And I am very pro Mad Science.

Cyborg stands for the same as Atom, but his webpage crashed my browser. YOUR LOSS, CYBORG!

So Atom it is. Giant lasers for everyone!
