in NYC, giving away stuff
so i'm in NYC right now, helping Kate pack up the last shreds of Chez Rood before she leaves for Oregon on Monday. our illustrious father is on his way to help. if anyone wants to come over tonight and dig through the MASSIVE pile of "free to good home" stuff (dishes, furniture, mirrors, just...stuff) we've got going on, and/or say goodbye, and/or meet our more-than-slightly-idiosyncratic pater, please give me a call. we're turning off the internet in about 5 minutes, so phone communication is the only way to go.
