Won't be long now
The question was posed casually, out of amiable curiosity. "So, where are you looking for work?"
I didn't have an answer. I'm graduating this year, on May 9, and I don't have any interviews lined up, no prospective employers in mind, and no one has my resume, not even me really. And yet I feel relaxed.
Why do I feel so relaxed?
I guess it's just that the stress of this semester's workload hasn't kicked in yet. But that's not what I feel I should be stressed about. I have no idea where I'm going to work. And I'm not moving back in with my parents. I know many graduates share this fate, but it's not for me.
So what will I do?
I guess I'll start looking for a job.
