The knife has a ceramic blade. It is the sharpest blade next to a diamond. It's just about the best butcher's knife money can buy and I don't know that my life can ever feel complete again, now that I know what's missing from it.

Closing date got pushed back, from Monday to the end of next week.

Guh. Impatience is taking a toll. I can't wait to be in our new house! And make sushi! I bet that knife would make beautiful fish slices.
