Trial Post: The Park

The park had an interesting sight today. A woman, blond and fit, dressed in leather and armed with a sheathed sword found herself glancing about, almost madly.

She would pounce on the first poor soul who came by and demand the information she wanted.

Thank God she decided to wear her armor today.

"Can I help you?" she asked, ready to hurl a Fireball at this woman if she needed to.

Callisto narrowed her eyes. "You are the first sanely dressed person I have seen."

"Hate to break it to you," Lina said as she propped her arms behind her head, "But we're the odd ones out, here."

"This is ridiculous," Callisto said. "Is Louisiana populated solely my sniveling peasants?"

"Not sniveling, exactly," replied Lina, running a hand through her red hair, "But there's no king or queen or anything, if that's what you're asking. It's just a village."

"If I had an army I would conquer this place," Callisto says. "What lord do you swear fealty to?"

"Me?" Lina laughed. "Nobody. Can't speak for everyone else though."

"Interesting," Callisto said. "Then this village must be weak."

"Not weak, just... Nothing really goes on." She scratched her head. "But I'm willing to spar anytime."

Callisto laughs. "I have trained to be a warrior since the day my village was burned to the ground."
