Trial Post: The Park

The park had an interesting sight today. A woman, blond and fit, dressed in leather and armed with a sheathed sword found herself glancing about, almost madly.

She would pounce on the first poor soul who came by and demand the information she wanted.

Connor was on his way to the gazebo with a cooler of drinks, and a book. He found himself distracted by the hot blond.

"Boy, come here," Callisto barked at him.

Hmm. Interesting tone. Still, he saw little harm in seeing what she wanted.

"Hi, what can I do for you?"

"Do you value your life, peasant?" Callisto asked.

Connor snorted involuntarily. Peasant? "That's a complicated question actually."

"Where is the nearest market?" Callisto asked, ignoring the pointless words of the peon.

"What do you need to buy? There's a general store over that way." he said.

"That shall do," Callisto said. "You may go."

"Why thank you." Connor smirked. He didn't move though. "As it happens though, this was my destination." He pulled a soda out of his cooler. "Drink?"

Callisto tilted her head. "What is that?"

[prodigalpawn]

"This is a soda." Connor said, popping the cap off the bottle. "Specifically it's called Pepsi."

"Give it to me," Callisto said.

Connor handed it over. He had after all, brought enough to share.

Callisto drank some of it, then tossed it aside. "I care not for your sweet drinks, boy."

"It can be an aquired taste." he shrugged. "You're welcome anyway."

"I'm sorry, did you think I thanked you?" Callisto said.
