So I didn't get up early enough to do my distance x2. It brought me some sadness. I did force myself out, even though I left later in the evening than I did yesterday. I walked the same route, but was trying to make myself go faster. I wanted to see a much improved time on there like 10-15min. I was not as lucky today, but I did impress

After throwing freight for a little over two years now, I CAN FINALLY DO A PULL-UP! My new department requires a LOT of upper body over-the-head lifting [read: I have shelves I have to stock now], so I'm hoping that ONE will quickly turn into... TWO! O.O'
