Missing: Mark G. Meltzer

Anybody seen a guy named Mark Meltzer? His daughter Cindy got kidnapped some time ago and I helped him track down any helpful info. When he found out where she was, he took a cruise on a ship called the Nellie Bly.

He left a bunch of notes and pictures

Phil, please, I am one of the few reasonable people down here who welcome discussion and violence would hardly be the appropriate response to a well-presented argument. I'm sad to notice that you seem to perceive our city and its inhabitants in a very negative light and while I cannot pretend that everyone here is a good person I can at least speak for myself when I say that I have never killed anybody. *cough*permanently*cough*
