(no subject)
So, I've been invited to perform in a "Tribute to Classic Horror Movies" burlesque show.
It's being produced by Viva La Muerte, who produced the Heavy Metal burlesque show where I performed my Iron Man act.
So the music's supposed to be very dark/metal and the acts should have tons of blood and gore.
(So I'm guessing "classic" is supposed to be interpreted more as "iconic"... Freddy and Jason, not Vincent Price.)
What movie should I do???
I already tried convincing Patrick to team up with me to do "Evil Dead" (he could strap a chainsaw to his arm and I could be the emasculating zombie girlfriend!) but he didn't seem particularly enthused about making a burlesque debut. :)
I also e-mailed this plea for suggestions out to a few friends, and so far everyone's response has been: "The Exorcist", and references to pea soup!
Hmmm, vomit-laden Satanist striptease? I think that's a little much, even for me. Thoughts?
