Did you know that there is an ordinance banning the sale of spray paint within Chicago city limits?
I didn't, until I needed some silver spray paint for last minute "Iron Man" props and sent Patrick to the local hardware store...apparently, in vain.
What the fuck? Supposedly, it's to deter graffiti artists.
Um, have you ever heard of paint markers? Or airbrush guns? (Both available at your local art supply store!) Or going old-school, with a bucket of paint and a brush?
Or -duhrrr- driving/taking the Metra half an hour to Evanston or the suburbs, where one can buy all the spray paint their attention-starved heart desires?
Oh, Chicago lawmakers. I just don't know about you.
