Mayport admired the broad expanse of fine wood grain that was his desk. Costor’s clerks had descended on the premises to secure the company paperwork once and for all. Thiervy had been seduced away by the prospect of small precision machines. Wanton destruction reigned on the factory floor. At last, Mayport felt like he was off to a good start.
