"Ah, Sasuke-sama. Thank you for coming," Kabuto smiled, looking up from a medical journal

Narrowing his eyes, Sasuke gave a dismissive, impatient nod. He recognized the plants, so that was no challenge, and memorizing the requested quantities was easy enough. He didn't, however, enjoy the idea of wasting his time digging through some field, least of all for Kabuto.

"I've got it," he snapped, and recited the list not for clarity, but rather as a subtle boast. "Anything else?" he questioned sarcastically, almost daring Kabuto to add something.

Amused by the tone, Kabuto responded politely, "Quite an additional list, but I'm afraid I'll have to take care of the rest of it myself." Very slight stress on the last word and a patient smile to indicate he didn't think Sasuke would be up to it.

"Whenever you're ready for your next exam, Sasuke-sama, you know where to find me," he added, turning back to the medical reports and information updating across several glowing screens.

Sasuke watched Kabuto's back for a few seconds. "And are you supplying me with money for this trip, or am I expected to go through the trouble of several break-ins while I'm at it?"

Not that he cared about the morality of the situation. But stealing would just mean more effort, which ultimately meant more wasted time.
