With Rachel so fixated on Jesse and his mother in Hummel-land nearly every day it felt good to finally talk to someone about what had been happening. Even if that person was Puck. A part of him might always hate Puck. He had loved Quinn. Utterly. And the pregnancy, the love there, it was all a lie. Yeah, he hadn't been smart enough to understand how hot tubs and spunk worked but - that hadn't mattered. The minute he had found out Quinn was pregnant, he had been ready, ready and willing to be a father - he had just been scared.
But, none of that mattered now.
And a part of him loved Rachel. Unfortunately, he wasn't acknowledging that. It was about what he couldn't have. Jesse had her. He wanted her. But, she wanted him. And he knew that.
Santana had been a mistake. A big fat mistake.
But like he had told Puck, they were even now. He figured.
And that was why he had invited the guy over. That, and Saturday night boredom. So, he waited, waited for a text letting him know Puck was downstairs.
