I Feel Sullied and Unusual
So... I just saw Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End for the first time. *gobsmacked*
Just... WTF?!? That movie didn't even make the remotest bit of sense, did it?
About the only bits I liked were Jack's hallucinations in the Locker, and the repeated leitmotif of Jack and Barbossa playing one-upsmanship with their phallic symbols. But, otherwise, I really, really just wanted to give up on the whole thing altogether. Can't we just go ahead and label Elizabeth Swann a huge Mary Sue now, yeah?
