Voting Question
My lunch buddy told me today that she heard on the radio that if one goes into a voting booth and hits "Democratic" to vote straight-ticket, it will count as a vote for all the Dems EXCEPT in the presidential race.
Lunch buddy further states she asked a friend of hers who works some polling place in Philly and friend of lunch buddy said this is true.
I'm crazy busy at work today and don't have time to Google-search this. Does anyone have any definitive answers on this?
It doesn't matter to my vote since even if I was going to vote straight-ticket, I vote individually anyway (I feel more "vote-y" that way). But if this IS true, it would incense me on the level of people thinking they're voting but aren't really.
