There's another one of those "men don't work like that" posts going around Tumblr--find it here--and I just have this urge to make a comment on one of the items, specifically #6:
If a man needs to ejaculate and is denied, the urge doesn’t just slowly ebb away. The nuts expect to release, and when they don’t, they start screaming. Orgasm denial is painful. It’s an ache in the balls similar to getting kicked. That’s what “blue balls” is. When a man’s dick is fully hard and leaking precum, he has to ejaculate, or it is going to hurt. Dudes aren’t like chicks; they can’t fuck some and then stop without release if their partner cums first.
Actually, that's a YMMV. I've surveyed a handful of guys (ones I can ask that question of, which, to be fair, is kind of a small group) and they say that quite often they can get denied once or twice (or more) before they get a full case of blue balls. Yes, even while teenagers. It might not be the most comfortable thing ever, but the whole screaming OMG I'M GOING TO DIE IF I DON'T GET OFF thing doesn't necessarily happen every time a guy gets to the fully-hard-and-leaking stage.
Also, men can totally "fuck some and then stop without release if their partner [comes] first." It might require, you know, some actual control or something, and Lord knows men don't have that. /sarcasm (Either that or I only know unicorns. Who knows!)
To be fair, there are some really good points in there, but still. Not all men are exactly the same as this guy--and for that matter, not all men have dicks, but that's a little complicated, apparently--and you're well within your right to write a little more variation in men's tolerances than what is implied in that post.
