LOL turns out that I do not have hypertension afterall. Posted the lowest BP of my life at a Dr's office this morning 110/70... I felt pretty embarassed since I had told this long story to the nurse about how my bp had been rising and I was convinced I needed a beta blocker. Had a good chuckle with the Dr about it and I left quickly lol. Got a blood draw for cholesterol levels since I've never had it tested. I think he ordered it just so I wouldn't feel totally stupid for coming in for no reason.
