It's an honest-to-God Underground Lair!

Sweden's largest ISP, Bahnhof, got itself a new high-security data center. A new high-security data center that can stand a direct nuclear hit. It was built as a bomb shelter back in the Cold War, and was carved about 325 feet down into living rock beneath Stockholm.

I have no idea what this is, but it's a fine piece of set design.



On the left, the view from the conference room. Check out the floor: it's the MOON, people.
On the right, the two German submarine engines that provide backup power. I will repeat that. SUBMARINE ENGINES. Slightly more awesome than my battery backup here.
