What have I noticed today?
I'm not Irish, but I married one. I'm 95% English. I will be making a dinner that's about as Irish as I am:
Cheddar Ale Soup & 30 Minute Shepard's Pie
I will follow this up by going to a bar with a friend who's some part Scottish.
Tomorrow I will be wearing my necklace with Gaelic on it that my mother-in-law gave me. Hooray beer! (Oh wait, that's Jamaican.)
