This house is my first choice. I absolutely love the kitchen. The biggest ding against it is a tiny backyard, but that also means less yard to maintain. It is off the main arterial into Sammamish, but you can't hear the road noise from this house. Also, it's within a couple of blocks of one of the high schools, which would mean that traffic would be pretty bad in the morning and afternoon. It has been on the market for just over a month.
This house has "potential". You can tell that it was once a beautiful house. The yards and patio are a good size, but will be a lot of work to maintain in the spring and fall. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the main arterial, which makes it feel rural. It was actually only built in 2004, but there's a lot of spackle on the walls. We assume that it was repossessed by the bank and the original owners were not happy. It has been on the market for over 15 months.
