any suggestions i screwed up and looked when i was mig welding a few times. i'd forget to flip the on switch on the inside of the mask, or lift it up after making the weld, my a-/b+ i got on the project is not worth the pain i am in. my eyes hurt all the time, i'm crabby because i'm terrified i'm going blind, i can't drive very well at night everytime a light flashes in my eye i want to scream ,swerve, and cry. i've put hot towels on it the ease last for 5 mins if that. i dont know what to do and i'm rather scared.
