You can sign up with my referral link or just by going directly to the website, where you'll be randomly assigned as someones referral. The following is from a post I made last summer, but the tips are still useful:

I know that a couple of you on my friends list signed up at Treasure Trooper, and I hope it is working out for you over there. If you are having trouble getting offers to credit, let me know, and I can offer some suggestions. Make sure you are clearing your cookies between each offer. If you do multiple surveys from the same company, there is a chance that they won't credit because the cookie shows them that you've already been there and done an offer.

Another thing I can suggest is to use multiple email addresses. Personally, I rotate between 4 email addresses that I've had over the years. You WILL get junk mail from filling out forms and such, so using a yahoo or hotmail account is preferable. I don't know if you will get phone calls from these advertisers when entering your phone number, but as a precaution I never enter my real number. The phone number I use for them is one digit off from mine.

RoboForm and Ccleaner are both good programs to have (and are both free downloads). RoboForm will automatically complete forms for you, saving a ton of time when filling out offers. Ccleaner is a program that clears the cookies for you just by right-clicking on your recycle bin. Another cool thing about it is that you can choose which cookies you DON'T want it to delete in the options.
