Foods that freeze well

I've got less than 2 weeks until my due date and I'm wanting to have a few easy meals in the freezer for once he is born. Have any of you frozen anything back before? Any suggestions on foods that freeze particularly well? At this point I don't feel like cooking, so I know I won't feel up to it once Julian arrives. a lot of casserole-type dishes can be frozen if i remember correctly.. like lasagna or uh.. casserole. :/

we don't usually freeze stuff except for gumbo.. and that takes forever to make so.. it's not overly helpful. one thing we do freeze! that is awesome.. is pancakes. homemade ones. sometimes we have them for dinner too.. cos we are crazy like that.
