A new friend?
This weekend Ryan and I went to the Pet Expo, mostly to oooh and aaah over puppies and kitties. It was fun. One dog took a particular liking to me (and me to her), and we're thinking about getting a sister for Jack.
This is Keegan!
Both my parents and Ryan's parents seem to be very anti-second dog for us. I actually think it may be because they are pro-me-being a BGP. So, as my friends, what do you all think? She's an older dog, and very calm and laid back, which is good for Jack. She seemed to bond with me right away. If we go through with all the pre-adopt stuff, they will have Jack and Keegan meet on neutral territory to make sure they get along. She lived with the same family for 8 years, but then they had a baby and gave her up.
In other news, I'm finally getting my teeth/tooth fixed! I went to the dentist and also found out that I have early stage gum disease, so they have to take care of that first. Then whitening, then re-crowning my front tooth so i can have a nice smile for the weddin' photos.
