Its the Jilly- and Ry-Inne!
So today's the big day. We've got all of my furniture in, and all in all are about 75% done getting stuff here, but have lots of work to do with rearranging things and unpacking yet. I'm tired, my legs hurt from stairs, but its going to be worth it.
I'll write more and post pics when we're all settled in. I don't even have internet yet, we are just "borrowing" right now.
A few things:
* Laundry in the apartment is the best thing ever.
* The petapalooza went great on Sunday. We put in for an adoption on this lovely lady. She came right out and wanted to lean against me the whole time. Very cute. They didn't have any special requirements for adoption, which is good. We will find out later this week if we can have her. We have started setting up the den as a doggie room anyway.
BTW, Carrie and Bobbie -- I put both of you down as references, so please say nice things if they call :) I put Carrie down since she's known me the longest (other than Shanna, who is hard to reach right now!), and Bobbie since she is currently working at a vet's office.
