this has been a strange strange end of the year
After spending the day editing my myspace, I realized that I never really use the blog on there. Part of it is because I really don't like myspace blog, part of it is because I prefer livejournal, and the other part of it is because I'd rather spend time enjoying the good stuff than writing about it. Regardless, here's the recent stuff that I just updated on myspace and figured I should share here since I haven't updated in awhile:
- I have finals the next two days. They make me want to cry. But once they're over there will be much drinking to celebrate no school for a month and a half! Yey!
- Apparently it has been decided that I am no longer single. Yeah, that's right...the Italian finally made us official about damn time. I'm still not sure how I feel about this. Part of me is happy...and part of me is worrying it's all gonna end badly like last time with my ex. I'll try to enjoy it as long as it lasts, no matter what happens. We've been official since like Halloween I think and we fight a LOT less, well at least until last night, but even then it wasn't that bad.
- I got a new cat. That makes 5. Wtf am I thinking? Anyway, she was only 8 weeks old and had already been attacked by a coyote so she was covered in scabs when I got her. And she's been blinded in one eye because of the attack. But she's adorable and she bosses the others around even though they are much older.
- On the topic of new cats...we think Abby is pregnant again. She ran away for 10 days after Halloween because the babysitter didn't see her sneak out. Now she's getting fat. Did she not understand what happened with her last "teenage pregnancy"?
- I like Christmas. I don't like that it costs a lot of money. I don't like that this will be my first Christmas without my son. But I love seeing the smiles on people's faces. It's like the one time of year everyone is happy (even though their debt is just growing). And my great big tree looks pretty so HA! I'm so glad my apt has vaulted ceilings or it wouldn't fit in here. My silver mini-tree with pink ornaments looks pretty too!
Well I should probably get back to studying (we'll see if that really happens). And I'm getting sick of Dade's Go-Diego-Go reruns so I'm gonna steal the tv. Bye!
