happy friday
Lots going on today. Or lots for me, anyway.
I'm going to the eye doctor today and getting contacts again, so I won't have to have my glasses on me AT ALL TIMES in order to see. I can't wait. Oh, shit, that reminds me, I need to charge my iPod (I'm going to be waiting a while - my mom is getting hers done first).
Today is also my MONTHLY CHEAT DAY on my diet. :D I get to eat whatever I want without thinking about it. Super win. I have serious pasta plans.
I got Despicable Me from Netflix, and I'm going to watch it with the parents tonight. My, how exciting my life is.
Oh, and I fit into some pants I bought like two months ago which didn't quite fit properly at the time. Victory!
I never gave an American Idol analysis last night, so here are my spoiler-free thoughts: I was mostly happy with who the public chose. There were three for me that I thought really didn't belong in there. And I was super pissed with who the judges chose to sing again and ultimately chose for the top 12. I think there were two people in particular who, based on earlier performances, should have been given another chance after having iffy performances the night before. Several people the judges chose to perform again had done just fine the night before and didn't get chosen by the public, so I don't see why they deserved another chance. And I really don't like the attitudes of two of them.
So that's that. But my favorite guys made it in, so I guess that'll do.
