For my diet, I weigh myself every Monday morning before I do anything else.

So I weighed myself before breakfast, and I am officially down 21 pounds!

Of course, then I ate breakfast and got on the scale again, just to see - AND I SOMEHOW GAINED THREE POUNDS.

All I ate was a bowl of cereal. o.0????
