slush, shopping, sleepy...

So tired right now.  My feet kinda hurt - Kelsey and I went to Myeongdong tonight to do some shopping and I got a few things, though it wasn't nearly as bad as when Audrey, Care and I went.  But I have gloves! With fingers!  It's great.  Still need to find a hairbrush, guess it will be tomorrow.

Today's Korean words come from Mars Class and Ms. Carie, one of the Korean teachers.
사전 sajeon = dictionary

모험 moheom = adventure
The story behind the second one is that I was with my Neptune grammar class and we were talking about this picture of Dorothy and the Scarecrow in our book, and one of the sentences said that they would have many adventures.  The kids asked me to explain adventure, but I wasn't really sure how, and wondered allowed to myself how to say it in Korean, but the kids could only come up with the Konglish version.  I knew there had to be a real word for it, so I went and asked Ms. Carie.

Brrr.... it's cold in my room and I still haven't even started those damn reports for Friday and I'm so tired I'm shivering.  Probably should take a shower before bed though, if only to warm up....  It's gross and slushy outside too.  Not as bad as Atlanta, where they are apparently snowed in under 6 inches, but still icky and windy.
