Battle of the bands...a total massacre
So basically of the 2 and half bands that i actually checked out, sam's were totally awesome. Props to charlie for dropping his stick and keeping it rolling. The Amines totally kicked ass. It would be very dissapointing to have a name such as the amines and then totally suck. Alan's got some sick moves. I mean i knew he could break it down now and then, but he was like all up in my face with the, "Oh...that's right. Check out the moves." I somewhat broke it down...my moves were more like, "Oh...I'm white and hence have no inherent rythem....but i can move my shoulders thusly." everyone was awesome: sam, nick, jc, jake, alan, the amine, and of course amos. AMOS RULES. As i said to him before, "If I could have sex as well as you play drums....I still wouldn't get some, but at least the ladies will know it's there."
Let's see, whatelse. I left before phylum and didn't find out who won. I'm sure that The Amines and Phylum will place somewhere. I kind of wanted to go out and do stuff...but i'm a total loser and no one asks me to, so i just leave. Plus i take the alan route and am like, "BEER BAD...BOOGEY GOOD" or something to that effect. I had a hat...not as cool as amines, but still a hat. His had is red, my hat is black...I started undoing my pants and looked at amine like, "Hey amine, would you sign this for me and kiss it too." cause some girls were asking him to sign stuff and why should i be left out. He was up for it, but neither of us had a pen...my belt buckle felt so sad. It was looking forward to having AMINE written across it all squigly and such. Then when i wore it, it would be all, "That's right...The Amine." You know, i'm sure that with the way some people go on about amine, his ego must be bigger than my........ego....
So on monday im' going into the city to see big fish with monica. Of course, we've decided that walking around and looking at stuff that neither of us can afford would be just as fun. by we, i mean me just now...anyway, much sleepiness is occuring and i belive i will succomb to it's siren call...hmm...sirens...that was a good movie...not really...but it was GOOD, if you know what i mean...hopefully someone does, cause i'm a little unsure myself.
