The White House has a hard-on for abstinence

Today was a good day, even though I woke up and had "Blur" and "BRMC" and I didn't even write it. Lately I've been buying albums that I've downloaded awhile ago. It makes me feel better and am supporting the band.I also got some really cute hair clips from Longs, mostly Hello Kitty ones. So the past week I bought, mostly used ( Read more... )

LIAHESFHKHG, NUMBER 4, OH YEAH!!! Um, ahm, anyway.

I love The Bends so much, it's my second favourite Radiohead album after OK Computer, but sometimes it pushes its way into joint first depending on how I'm feeling. It just has so many classic songs on it though: Street Spirit, My Iron Lung, Just, The Bends, High And Dry, Planet Telex, Bones (which my friend doesn't like, but I love)...

I love The Bends so much. No flaws at all. But thats like most of their albums though. And I can't belive your friend! Yet most people I know don't even know who Radiohead is or have just heard "Creep". I feel I don't belond in the U.S.

Hmmm, I love the electronica-ness of Kid A, but I'm not so keen on Amnesiac...

Really, people have only heard Creep? That's SO weird and sucky! You could come and live with me, but meh, we have random American marine biologists staying with us at the moment... They're on the computer ALL the time and eat all the muffins. >=(

I actually was listening to Amnesiac today. Some of the songs do nothing for me but I'm in love with "I Might Be Wrong".

It's amazing how bad mainstream pop culture is in America. And get this a lot of people have NEVER even heard of Oasis! I think I'm more suited for Europe and could be very happy in England. I'd love to come over and stay and I wouldn't use your computer or eat all the muffins. Damn marine biologists.

Never heard of OASIS??? That is completely insane, given the amount they defined the 90s in Britain... It's weird how different the cultures of Britain and America are, even though we speak the same language and are meant to have such a close friendship. =\

I'd much rather have you stay with me than the marine biologists, how does next Wednesday suit you? -_0

Sometimes I feel like screaming at school and stores "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!HOW CAN YOU LIKE THE SHIT YOU LISTEN TO?!HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW WHO*insert English band's name*?!FUCK ALL OF YOU!"
It's like American culture is degraded and rotting.

Hehe wy don't you just adopt me? I can be your personal "helper".
