Camping in HDB

There is this particular block of flats jux across fm mine which houses the low income families. All the units are 1.5 bedrooms on a rental basis. In fact, this is the 1 & only block in the whole of Holland estate.

I can't help but to take a shot it when I saw this one evening from my bedroom.  Goodness, what were they thinking...... Sorry pic a little too dark.
