Carlene finally picked me up from Boston last night. I was getting pretty restless because no one was really around, and I didn't know what to do with myself. Now, however, I'm in Stafford and I still don't know what to do with myself. I talked to Sarah briefly last night and then talked to Val for like an hour about nothing. Val and I are both missing Boston a lot. She's going to apply to the Bookstore and see if she can work there over break, which would be fab-u-lous! I went to bed around two-ish, which is pretty early in comparison to what I've been doing lately.
I was awoken this morning at 9 AM by Ms. Sarah Neill, the associate dean/love of my life, who coincidentally happens to be saving my life at the moment. The hold on my account has been taken off and I was able to sign up for classes. May we all rejoice. I'm taking:
French 102 at 9am with some woman I don't know
Public Policy with Leanne!
Math 103, Real Life Math. Oooh yeah.
International.
and Women's Studies 200.
Pretty sweet schedule. If I don't place into French 102 I'm going to take the GLBT class. We'll see what happens.
Anyway, after Neilly and I hung up about fifteen minutes later, I fell back asleep until 2:45 PM. TWO FUCKING FORTY FIVE IN THE AFTERNOON. That's impressively late, even for me. It's so quiet and dark here that I had no sense of time. That bed was pretty comfortable, too.
I'm going back to Boston New Year's Eve and staying with Valy until the 3rd. Should be a rockin' good time.
I really want to see Sarah Post and Cassie and SR and Jamie and all those kids while I'm in Stafford. Otherwise I will go crazy and die.
