This was the 2nd most disgusting movie I have ever seen (next to Salo, 120 Day of Sodom.) This film shows men and women vomiting on screen, full frontal male nudity while masturbating (several times) and CUs of humans being disemboweled. This showed 250+lb couples fucking, in eating contests where they are shoveling lard into their mouths...and it all looked and sounded utterly believable. Yup, pretty awesome. 4 out of 5 (only reason this is not a 5 is because the subtitles were kind of hard to read so there were times when it was hard to follow the story.)
Now I don't need to see another movie for a long time.
