capsule review
I'm watching a real crap factory. The cinematography is awesome, but the dialogue sucks. Who writes this shit? And why am I not eating popcorn? This would be better with popcorn and a large Sprite, but maybe that's just the hunger talking. Unfortunately, I can't leave in the middle of things to go procure snacks. Besides, there's no snack bar here. I'm just about to tell the people surrounding me that this would probably be so much more enjoyable if I were stoned, but I know what they'd say back to me: You're already sedated, what more do you want?
So now I've seen a colonoscopy and a flexible sigmoidoscopy. I've had two of each, but can only bear to watch each procedure once--and after I get over the ooh factor of being able to see inside my body and realize that there's a reason I have a camera up my ass right this very instant, once becomes too much. Especially when things don't look too good up there.
