Fucking Macy's
Macy's is starting to get CRAZY already. To make matters worse, my counter is supposed to be staffed with four people (manager, full-timer, and two part-timers,) and guess how many people there are? Just me, baby. Just me. The good news is that every sale goes to me/my commission (yay!); the bad news is I CAN ONLY HELP SO MANY PEOPLE AT ONCE!!! No one is blaming me for the counter being understaffed, but it would be nice to have some bloody help so I'm not running my feet off every weekend.
Amusingly, a new girl was supposed to start Wednesday, but she missed her training. Then, she was supposed to start Saturday, but she didn't show. I have no idea what's going on, and apparently the management doesn't either. And Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving) is in 12 days. Good times.
