Step 1: Crop your image, I choose this image of anna popplewell. Sharpen if you want.
Step 2: Create a new selective coloring layer:
Reds: -100, 0, 100, 0
Yellows: 0, 0, -78, 0
Greens: -100, 100, -100, 100
Neutrals: 8, 0, -18, 0
Blacks: -5, 0, -3, 11
Step 3: Create a hue/saturation layer:
Master:
Saturation: 16
Yellows:
saturation: -100
Step 4: Create a color balance layer:
Midtones: -27, -9, -20
Step 5: Create a Levels Layer:
RGB: 31, 1.31, 241
We finish ^^ And you're done!
