Yeah. That just happened. And it was awesome (and I'm a dork)
So I'm up all night. (i.e. ...normal night) Was an awesome night of watching Angel (because Angel is awesome), chatting online, watching Angel (again, always fun), watching a friend's reactions to (no, not Angel) some movies she was watching (also always fun), and I think I watched Angel too, browsed a couple vfx jobs, and downloaded another app they use in VFX so I can learn one more thing I can say I know.
Anyway, up all night. It's right around 7-8ish am. Getting tired but don't wanna sleep. Lying down, tweeting. At some point Clifton Collins Jr. This Guy from The Event, Rules of Attraction, Mindhunters and a few other cool things, RTs an article about something to do with Hollywood Agencies, and commented that he didn't have an agent. So I thought, hmmm. and asked him why not.
Thought nothing else of it. Set an alarm for about 15 minutes. Dozed off. Woke up....about 30 minutes later (to the effing loud alarm I have set on my computer, god bless that thing) =P
So I wake up, I look at my phone, and holy shit, Clifton fucking Collins Jr. (he's the guy on The Event who wanted to trade the cure he has for the prisoners the President has locked up) replied back to me. It was just him saying (paraphrased) that when you have a really kick ass manager (like the one he has) who needs an agent?
Not a big deal. Simple answer to a simple question, but it was a shock because I didn't really expect to get a reply, and he's an actor I respect, so it was a cool moment and now I'm done geeking out and you can go back to whatever you were just doing =)
