A day of thanks and blessing. Went to the bank to help out a friend, and on a hunch, checked an account that was supposed receive money at month-end. The money was there! I can pay bills without worry now...

Ambassador Tantoco's house in Forbes has its capiz lanterns out on the fence. SM is selling Christmas lights. The Post Office has put out when to send cards abroad so they arrive on Christmas and not Valentine's Day.

Woke up late: 6.30am. Sunlight pouring through the windows, and a definite chill in the air. The weather has turned for Christmas...next month (3wks!) The lights can go up.
