So I have much to post but let's start out with the mundane...b/c that is what I do best...

Yesterday, while in the Grand Central Station area, I went inside GC Market and visited Murray's Cheese shop.  So many lovely cheeses.  I'd heard of this wonderful triple cream called Delice de Bourgogne and saw it prominently displayed near the front.  I read the little excerpt on it, describing it's creaminess, delicious taste and the "hints of straw and mushroom that one can get from the rind" (or something like that), and thought, "That sounds like something I could get in to!"  So I purchased said wheel of cheese.

As I am sitting on the bus home, I realize that there is a smell emanating from somewhere around me.  A smell distinctly reminiscent of old, smelly feet.  I know that smell, b/c I worked in a hospital where 75% of the population was old and did not bathe on a regular basis.  I wondered, "Did someone just take off their shoes?  Did someone just cut the cheese in front of me?"

Nope...it WAS the cheese.  Hints of straw and Mushroom, my ass.  You mean, "hints of old, stinky man feet and farts".  But damn y'all.  Stinky cheeses are the best tasting cheeses out there.  I'd take a bath in my stinky cheese, it's so good.
