So this past weekend I was able to see Indiana Jones IV (Finally) with Steffi (who came up to BN Saturday). I LOVED THIS MOVIE! It was super fun. It was also totally predictable at times and Steffi and I had a super fun time guessing what was going to happen and of course most of the time we were right! We were totally those people who talk during the movie and laugh obnoxiously but at least there were only 5 (total) people in the theater and we werent throwing food at the other people (although we did make a jewel run before the movie to grab some snacks to bring with us). We were also really tired (read: stupidly tired) so that made it even better. Sunday we went to lunch at Bob Evans (I <3 their breakfast food!!) and then went our separate ways
So last night was special. I had a thesis mtg in the early afternoon, ran to the library, then got ready to go to IHR (it was my turn to drive) and lo an behold my air conditioning declines to air condition (lack of freon) so we had a very toasty (and a tad sweaty I have to admit) ride to IHR where my client ended up not showing up to their appt >-P
So as we are walking through the lobby to go to my car, the radio in the secretary's office tells us that there is a tornado warning for Livingston county specifically Pontiac. So the other two interns, Bob f(the safety officer, how ironic), and the last secretary and myself tromp down to the staff lounge for over an hour to wait for the storm to pass. Luckily we didnt try to make a break for it cause the storm was traveling right up 55 (which is what we use to go home). Then, when we decided it was safe and were attempting to go back home we heard on the radio that there was still a tornado warning out so we were worried but then nothing happend so we drove home.
It was a really late night let me tell you!
