So first with the whole PTBN thing and then with the Dbacks losing to the Brewers.. let's just say I was an emotional idiot for two or three days… But! I haven't cried in like two days! Accomplishment! (That is kind of a lie, apparently if I get into the tub I cry right now. I think it's something about the fact that my back hurts all the time so the moment it stops my body goes into this weird emotional let down but whatever. I didn't cry randomly today. It was controlled.)

I'm totally obsessed with Stephen Fry's Planet Word. It appears to be a program on BBC that is a running documentary about language and omg. The nerdy linguistic nut inside of me flitters about excitedly. The second episode is all about identity and is by far my favorite… Though there is a bit about ASL in the first episode that I like. They talk about Hebrew in the second part and it made me seriously debate about going back to audit some Hebrew classes at the JCC. I miss being able to converse, now I can understand but finding the words in my head is impossible.

Tomorrow is Canadian Thanksgiving though, and I'm celebrating so YAY!!! I made pumpkin pie. I am a domestic goddess, no?

Baseball is over guys, for me at least. It is mega sad. This might also be hormones. Freaking hormones.
