So for a month where I was generally sick and not much for writing for petty reasons, September doesn't even come close to my crappiest month this year. I had just over 12k words done. Go me! I'm still 16k behind. Boo me!
But October! I'm going to rock like a hurricane, just you watch. ... So okay I only wrote 129 words and probably won't do anymore but it's a start! The journey of a thousand miles and all that. And even if I just reach 175 k rather than 200 k, I will feel accomplished and grateful for it.
This year has gone by fast, and not at all like I pictured it but ... hmm. I'm happy. Who knows why?
