Made it through 2008! What a thoroughly raucous year it was we just all experienced. Wow. Gotta hope this one is a better one for many more people on this planet. I've been feeling really down about so many things going on in my life (or not going on) and the life of others around me. Just a bugger of a year.
The mate got a nasty cold, fitting, a really good comment about this 2008 number. So we have been well...pretty much home. Him more than me, of course. I had hoped we might actually do something cool this time. The last few New Years have been rather disappointing.
So I'm thinking now about how I want to make this a better year for myself and mate. I'll keep you better informed of the developments, whatever they may be.
