Oops
I just realized yesterday that I forgot to link a few ficlets that I wrote for summer_of_spike's second round (way back in 2005) on my master list, so I took care of that. Now if anyone wants to read that how-Spike-met-Harmony fic that I wrote, they can find it easily! (and actually it's one of my personal favorites. I love Harmony.)
Ironically, those ficlets also include the three that I cannibalized from a longer fic (known around these parts as The Season 6 Fic That I Keep Threatening To Post). I say ironically given some of the discussion around lj recently about Souled!Spike/Buffy vs. Unsouled!Spike/Buffy. Personally, I love both incarnations of Spike, although I think that unsouled Spike/Buffy would have made for a helluva lot more interesting story (see: Necessary Evils, etc.). But then the show would probably have to have been renamed Spike the Vampire, and that was never gonna happen.
It does, however, make me want to go back and finish the darn thing. I think I will. Once I finish my Remix story. And the challenge fic I'm writing for the Luke/Noah community. And those other two Spuffy WIPs I have unfinished.

Speaking of Remix, I have chosen the fic that I am going to use, and I know generally the angle I'm going to take in writing it. And although I'd like to find a bit more of a "hook" to hang the story on as far as structure goes, perhaps that will come with the writing. And I've actually started. I may have a whole paragraph done! A really short paragraph, but still...
