As expected, the girls really outclassed the boys once again this week. And while I still love Lakisha, I now think Melinda is the one to beat. Gina and Jordin are other favorites of mine, but I have to say that most of the girls could beat any of the guys at this point. Except for Antonella and Haley (and I had to look her name up - see, Simon is always right). If anyone else is voted off but them, it will be a travesty. And I may actually have to start voting. ;-)

I really enjoyed this episode - heavy on the Sayid, and no sign of Jack. *g* The backstory was interesting, and I was really expecting it to turn out that Sayid had not, in fact, tortured the woman. The fact that he actually had - and that she decided to show him the mercy he had not shown her - played out very effectively, I thought. I wonder if his showing mercy to Mikhail will come back to haunt them, though. I would love to know what the conversation was between Mikhail and scarf woman. moscow_watcher, do you watch Lost? :-)

And the cat's name is Nadia.

The ping pong thing was funny, and although I'm not surprised Hurley whipped Sawyer's butt, his punishment was very cute. Someone's been reading your journal, molly_may! No more nicknames for Sawyer for awhile. Although I'm with Matt Roush at TV Guide - I'm going to miss them, myself. My favorite Sawyer nickname last night was for Nikki, as he was going down the line - "Avalanche, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon...who the hell are you?" Hee! So say we all, Sawyer. So say we all. ;-) I also liked Hurley's observation that Sawyer is the type of person who needs his "stuff," and his almost slip about the institution.

In conclusion, John Locke should not be allowed to touch a computer ever again.

I have several episodes of Medium stacked up on the DVR. Maybe tonight.

P.S. Thanks to everyone who voted in my and kellyhk's ficathon polls! We will be tabulating the results soon, but it looks like there's plenty enough interest out there. Yay!
