Just wanna share...
"Hi, may I cut your nails for you?"
Haha. I remembered sometime ago I gave one of my patients a nail cut and heaven knows when was the last time she actually trimmed her toenails 'cause it was crammed FULL of nasty stuffs. So anyway, I took the nail cutter and starting snipping bits of her nails off and I also "dug" out those stubborn scuz stuck in the nails...with my very own fingers(of course I was wearing gloves) but halfway through, I suddenly stopped and tossed my head back and broke into fits of laughter and commented, " I've never cut anyone elses' toenails before, you are the first."
Don't know why, but I really feel like laughing. ;)
Have I gone nuts?
But that patient of mine was overall quite a good lady. Hmm.
