ooooh fit
OK. So I finally got settled into my new dorm and I'm accualty in LOVE with it! After all the moving drama and things not working drama everything worked out fine. Thank god. So I'm on the 11th floor in the corner apt. My bedroom has a view of Times Square AND the Hudson River!!! Jealous!?!?! You should be. It's sooo amazing to sit up in your bed and look out your window and see the Hudson River. *sigh* its wonderful. So wonderful in fact that you should come visit. The only complaint that I have is that the bedrooms are somewhat small and there is no stroage space what-so-ever. Its ok, I'm makint it work!
Classes are going ok so far. Im accualty suppose to be in class right now but because it was the first meeting we got out 2 hours early. Dont you just love the first week? My classes have been as follows...
Mondays
I have Busniess Law with a little old mexican lady. Shes great. I call her a little old mexican lady because she calls herself a little old mexican lady..haha... love it. I also have Principals of Public Relations with my department chair. SHE IS FANTASTIC!!! Funny, smart, hard, but fair. I am going to love that class
Tuesdays
Industrial Psychology in the afternoon. The prof is ok. He keeps mentioning that the class in NOT fun. I dont know if he is being sacarstic or trying to be funny but nevertheless he is correct it is not fun when he says that over and over again. During class we watched the documentary "Roger and Me." Its a Michael Moore film, enough said. That night I had Busniess Writing. That class equals the biggest mistake of my life. But at least the prof understands that and she gives us long breaks and lets us out early. Go her!

US History: Civil War to Present. FINALLY a history class where we analyze history and not just memorize shit!! WOOOHOOOO! I cannot tell you how refreshing it is. In that class we have no tests but many essays. Its ok, I'll take it just as long as I dont have to memrorize everything that happened in every year since the civil war till now. Thanks for that but I'm all set.

Direct Marketing in the morning. Ugh. My one and only 9am class. How I dread getting up for it. Thank goodness that the class is somewhat interesting so I will have some motivation for getting up in the morning. In a little bit I'm going to have Philosophy: Ethics. I have a feeling that that class will be full of essays and debates and large heated class discussions. I mean, come on, its ethics. Everyone's right and wrong is something different.

So thats 7 classes. Yah I kinda have a lot on my plate but I think I will be ok with it. All of my classes dont seem too hard just very time consuming. Let see after my 7 classes how much time I have left to dedicate to all of them... EEK!!
