most awesomest weekend ever
Thursday:
Work in the morning, then class, then EMILY!!!! Yup Yup Yup. Emily came to visit me for the weekend. It was awesomeness if you didnt get that from the headline. Anyway. So my sister and I met Emily in philly for Cirque du Soleil's Quidam. It was amazing. Don't ask me my favorite show, I dont know. They were both so amazing and so different. I look foward to more and more Cirque shows. Quidam was about a "nameless passerby." It could be anyone or a group of people. The whole show was centered around this little girl wandering though an incredible world and all the different passerbys she sees and then finally leaving this amazing world. It was fantastic. I recommend everyone see a Cirque show.. any show.
Friday:
Work in the morning, then ALI and LUC!!!! Yup Yup Yup. Ali came to visit me for the night and she brought her french froeign exchange student with her, Luc. With a C. not a KE. He was cool. He understood a lot and at the same time didnt understand a lot. He was fun. So after Ali and Luc arrived we went to Danton's birthday party!! YEAAA DANTON! He is 20. The nothing year. Its ok.. It'll all be over soon then he will be 21 and thats fantastic. At some point in the night Ali, Emily and I went to Amanda's for a quite fantastic power hour. OHHH there are fabulous pictures. Too many to post but just trust me. It was amazing. Then back to Danton's for a few then off to bed.
Saturday:
Woke up really late and made pancakes. Luc didnt like the idea of syrup... He called it bizarre. I said no no no mister. Your in America, you are bizarre. Haha. After that it was quick showers and Emily and I were off to Atlantic City and Ali and Luc were off to the beach to meet up with Ali's parents. After some incredible traffic Emily and I finally made it to Atlantic City. IT WAS AWESOME! We met up with this guy Matt that I knew in high school that I havnt seen in years that lives in AC. Wonderful tour guide because I know nothing about Atlantic City, haha. My fave casino would have to be Tropicana because it was just so beautiful inside. Or maybe the Caesars because it was there that WE WON $9.00. GO US!! I played 75 cents and won $9.00. Thats a very good turn over if I do say so myself. It paid for parking. Woohoo! Some good times that happened would have to have been when this horribly drunk guys walk up to Emily and I and are like "Heeeeeeeeey. What are you la la ladies doooooing tonight?" So funny. It was then that Emily and my AC alter egos were born.. Amy and Stephanie... HAHHAHAHAHAAAA good stuff... "I'm all set" HAHHAHAHAHA.... The next most notable event of the evening would have to be the picture with the old woman playing slots. "Hello, I from Sveden on holiday, You take picture with me, please?" HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHHAA... The old woman was like "uh umm uh yah uh umm sure." hahaha.. she is on my favorite person list now. On the way home from AC I decided that if my car were a person it would be a premature ejaculator. Because when I take my foot off the break it like GOES! Then Emily decided it would have to have ADD and Tourettes as well. Oh and have hot flashes!!. Hot flashes because on the way there it started to over heat.. haha. So then we proceeded to go further and call my car a shim and shis name is Pat. Pat, because its the perfect both gender name. HAHAHHAAHA... oh boy...After Atlantic City it was off to Lenny's for some more power hour. It was good good good times. 80s power hour is something that i recommend for anyone and everyone. It causes fun singing and dancing and wonderful pictures.
Sunday:
Woke up late. Hung out with the family. Drove Emily to philly to catch her bus. I had an amazing time with her and I miss'ums her very very much! Def coming back to AC durning the school year because its "perf" as emily would say. Oh how i loved this weekend.
